Smartgyro S.r.l. is looking for a candidate to join its production team, responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of gyroscopic stabilizers for yachts and motorboats.
Smartgyro is a company specialized in stabilization systems, committed to enhancing the entire boating experience through its full range of advanced gyroscopic stabilizers. Founded in 2014 and based in La Spezia, Smartgyro has a global presence supported by strategic partner YANMAR.
Main Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and perform electrical wiring/connections according to project specifications, technical drawings, and internal procedures.

Carry out functional tests and mechanical/electrical inspections on machines and subassemblies.

Complete test reports for assigned machines and subassemblies.

Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot issues in case of malfunctions.

Report any problems, defects, or material shortages to the production manager.

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of stabilizers to customers.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements

Accuracy, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Previous experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, preferably in the marine, automotive, or defense industries.

Basic computer skills.

Teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.

Availability to work overtime when required.
